Booking requests
Submitting the website form is a request only. It does not reserve a time or create a confirmed appointment. Prime Auto Wash will contact you to confirm the service, vehicle, location, final price and appointment time.
Services and estimates
We provide in-shop detailing in Mississauga and mobile detailing at approved locations across the Greater Toronto Area. Website prices are estimates based on the selections provided. Final pricing may change after we review the vehicle’s size, condition, access requirements and requested add-ons.
Scheduling, cancellation and weather
Appointments are subject to availability. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Mobile appointments may be moved when weather, site access or safety conditions prevent the work from being completed properly.
Vehicle condition and personal items
Please remove valuables and personal items before service and tell us about delicate materials, aftermarket components, existing damage or known mechanical or electrical issues. Prime Auto Wash is not responsible for loss involving items left in the vehicle or damage caused by pre-existing conditions that were not disclosed.
Website use
Website information is provided for general guidance. Service descriptions, availability and prices may be updated. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with its operation.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
