When you send a booking request, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred date and time, service location, vehicle type, requested services and any notes you choose to provide. The website does not process payments or create customer accounts.
How we use your information
We use booking-request information to prepare an estimate, contact you, confirm service details and provide the requested detailing service. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Service providers
The website is hosted by Vercel. Booking requests are securely transmitted by a Vercel Function and delivered by Resend to Prime Auto Wash. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel are optional and load only after consent. These providers process limited information according to their own terms and privacy practices.
Cookies and analytics
Essential browser storage records your cookie preference. Optional analytics are not loaded unless you consent. You can change that choice using the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Retention and security
We keep booking information only as long as reasonably needed for customer service, legal or operational purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information that we control, subject to applicable legal requirements.
